1. Purpose and scope

These General terms of sale govern the purchase of products through the website www.antioxidantech.es. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

These terms apply to purchases made by consumers with a delivery address in Spain. We recommend that you save or print a copy before confirming your order.

3. Requirements to purchase

To buy on this website you must be over 18 years of age and provide true, complete and up-to-date information. We only deliver to the areas indicated in our Shipping policy.

4. Products

We sell food supplements and cosmetic products for hair and nail care. On each product page you will find its description, composition, directions for use, warnings and price.

Images are for guidance only and there may be minor differences in presentation, for example due to packaging design changes, which do not affect the composition or characteristics of the product.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before using them.

5. Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price. They are clearly shown during checkout, before you confirm payment, in accordance with our Shipping policy. The applicable price is the one in force when you confirm your order.

If, due to an obvious technical or clerical error, a product is displayed at a manifestly incorrect price (for example, €0 or a clearly disproportionate price), we will inform you before shipping the order. You may choose to confirm the purchase at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund of the amount paid.

6. Purchase process

To place an order, follow these steps:

• Add the products to your cart.
• Go to the cart and click “Check out”.
• Enter your contact details and delivery address.
• Choose the shipping method and payment method.
• Review the order summary, which shows the products, quantities, total price including taxes and shipping costs. On this screen you can correct any errors in your details or your order before confirming it.
• Accept these General terms and click the payment button. This step implies an obligation to pay.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase within 24 hours at the latest. We keep an electronic copy of the order, which you can request from us at any time by email.

The contract is concluded in Spanish. We do not adhere to any code of conduct.

7. Payment methods

You can pay using the payment methods shown during checkout, such as credit or debit card.

Payments are processed through secure certified gateways (PCI-DSS). Antioxidantech does not have access to your full card details. Your order will be prepared once payment has been confirmed.

8. Availability and order cancellation

All orders are subject to availability. If, for any reason, a product is not available after you place your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may choose to wait until it is back in stock, replace it with another product of equal or higher quality and price, if you agree, or receive a full refund of the amounts paid for that product within a maximum of 14 days.

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been shipped by emailing us at angelahernandez@antioxidantech.net. Once shipped, our Returns and withdrawal policy will apply.

9. Shipping and delivery

Shipping times, areas and costs are detailed in our Shipping policy. The maximum delivery time is 30 calendar days from order confirmation.

We bear the risk of loss or damage to the products until you, or the person you designate, receive the order.

10. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, this right does not apply to sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery.

11. Legal guarantee

Our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 3 years from delivery. This guarantee covers defects or lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery, within the best-before or expiry date and provided the product has been stored according to the label instructions. 12. Promotional codes and offers

Promotions, discounts and promotional codes are subject to the conditions indicated in each case (validity period, products included, minimum amount, etc.). Unless otherwise stated, they cannot be combined with each other or exchanged for cash.

13. Customer service and complaints

Official complaint forms are available to you and can be requested by email.

Antioxidantech, S.L. is not currently a member of any alternative consumer dispute resolution body. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the consumer services of your autonomous community, municipal consumer information offices or the Consumer Arbitration Board (Junta Arbitral de Consumo).

14. Data protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy policy. The use of cookies is governed by our Cookie policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may modify these General terms at any time. Changes will not affect orders already placed, which will be governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase.

16. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of your place of residence. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by consumer protection law.
