Right of withdrawal

Under European law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision through our contact email, including your order number.

Return conditions

For a return to be accepted:

• The product must be unused and in perfect condition.
• It must be in its original, unopened packaging.
• It must not have been handled beyond what is necessary.

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns of opened or unsealed products are not accepted, in accordance with current regulations.

Return costs

• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

• If the product is defective or there is an error in the order, Antioxidantech will cover the costs.

Refunds

Once we receive the product and check its condition:

• The refund will be issued within 14 days at most.

• The refund will be made using the same payment method.
